The project entailed the upper extension of the grandstand, incorporating new amenities commercial kitchen, service lift & corporate box upgrades. Infill slab to the mezzanine area housing public toilets. GFL tenancies & water harvesting capacity to service the entire eastern grandstand. New roadways parking & outer grounds upgrade, & electronic ticketing facilities.
Commercial Kitchen: Removal of existing facilities and the design and construction of new facilities, incorporating new amenities commercial kitchen, bar, ticketing, surveillance, merchandise outlet, disability access ramps and corporate box upgrades.
